Boda boda operators in Nanyuki town have been urged to observe the new traffic rules for their own safety. Nanyuki mayor Isaac Mathenge said the law was enacted to curb road carnage and not punish them. He was speaking when Nanyuki Shopping chairman Edward Waithaka donated reflector jackets to hundreds of operators at the weekend.
