A Kibera court will take testimony from a doctor in a case in which a young man is accused of killing a son of former Transparency International boss. Kibera senior principal magistrate Teresia Matheka yesterday said she had gone through the applications from the defense who were opposing to the doctor’s testament. Matheka said there is no reason as to why the doctor should not be heard by the court.
