A civil society group has written to the Registrar of Political Parties Lucy Ndung’u demanding that she formally releases to the public all pre-election agreements taken to her office. The International Centre for Policy and Conflict in the letter said the public has a right to access the coalition agreements in order to make informed choices ahead of the elections.
