Registrar kept waiting for pacts

Uhuru Kenyatta, William Ruto and Musalia Mudavadi kept the registrar of political parties waiting for their pre-election pact on Tuesday night. The three secretaries general called Lucy Ndung'u several times to ask for more time to finish working on the details of the pact.
